Amanda Jensen Says She Was Wrongfully Terminated
Diddy's baby's mother Kim Porter is in the crosshairs of yet another angry nanny. Amanda Jansen has filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court against Porter, claiming that she was initially hired in 2011 to care for Porter and Diddy's children but became a round-the-clock housekeeper.
Jansen claims she was made to work more than 100 hours a week without being given breaks, wasn't allowed to lock her room (she was live-in help), and had no furniture except a bed and a desk.
Jansen says that she was fired after she complained about the situation. She's suing for overtime, wrongful termination, and other damages.
